Whāro’s sophomore launch introduces hyper-saturated, water-resistant moko liners designed for precision and fine detail. Delivering the colour intensity of a liquid with the effortless glide of a gel, this long-wearing, non-shifting formula sets to a smooth satin finish. Engineered for on-stage moko application, where control, performance and impact matter most. This dries to a satin finish and won’t fade or transfer until you say so.

Directions // Shake before use. Apply directly to clean and/or exfoliated skin. With a steady hand, apply liner to the desired area using the fine tipped felt-like applicator. Allow 2-3 minutes for the formula to dry, avoid contact with the area during this period. Once dry, you are ready to go with a 6-hour wear time minimum guarantee.
